I can recycle them at any tire shop, but they seem like they might be useful for some other purpose. Any ideas?

wreaths? round frame for an art project? round frame to make a candle chandelier (similar to the ones at www.craftynest.com)? weave ribbons or fabric strips across them and make a table top and add some legs (lightweight one for perhaps a beach picnic or patio). That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
