It's rumored that The Board of Directors gave the green light to funding the Chevy Volt. My main question is why does GM have such a micro-managing Board of Directors? Don't they trust their employees to make smart decisions? This is probably the source of GM's tumble from the top.

Really excited about the Volt, I have been covering it on my site at http://www.chevy-volt.net and I had my doubts about the actual production ever taking place, but it looks like the oil situation has made it a reality!
